Suitability Statement
Rosie has worked for Selby Educational Trust since January 2021. As well as holding the role of School Improvement Lead, Rosie is also Assistant Headteacher at Selby Community Primary School.
Having worked in education since 2011, Rosie has a keen interest in raising standards, and works with schools across the county to improve outcomes for children. Rosie is responsible for assessment and standards at Selby Community Primary School.
Experience
Rosie has taught in KS1 and KS2 since qualifying in 2011. After working internationally as a Lead Teacher, she returned to Selby in 2021. As School Improvement Lead, Rosie supports schools within the Selby Educational Trust, conducts school reviews and delivers CPD and school to school support for schools within the wider area. Rosie has an interest in Talk4Writing, and improving the teaching and learning of writing, as well as data analysis and pupil progress.
